Oracle 11gR2 has just been made available for download. The first operating system which runs the new release is Linux x86 and x86-64. Other operating systems will follow. Also check out the new Oracle 11gR2 web-site!
BTW, the 11gR2 release also contains the most current APEX release which is 3.2.1.

Looking at the HTML, I suspect that http://www.oracledatabase11g.com is written using ASP.NET. Yuck!
