Pro Oracle Application Express finally shipping?

Is John Scott’s long awaited book Pro Oracle Application Express finally shipping? It looks like! There are reports on the OTN APEX forum that they have received a mail from Amazon that they have shipped the book. I also checked the order page of Amazon and it shows that the book is on stock.
